[What's okay to mention around him/her] Nothing I can think of at the moment.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] He's a small part Veela, but he doesn't know it. He's almost always wearing a ridiculous pair of anime shades, too.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] If they're quick about it! Dirk's habit is to strike out things thoroughly, unless otherwise noted.
[What would be a suitable way of disciplining them?] Banning him from flying/taking away his broom, tedious things that take up his free time- writing lines, etc. Not because he hates it, but with friends in other houses after class is one of the only times he gets to see them. The worst way to punish him would be remedial lessons.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] They can try! Dirk's not likely to react to trolling unless it's really strong in-person flirting, though.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Totally! Some OOC warning beforehand would be needed, but yes.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Also yes! But don't expect him to return it.
[Anything else?] Is there anything that hasn't been mentioned that you want to make a note of?
